Accreditation

The Competitive Advantage You Need

Looking for an accredited CM four-year degree program in Minnesota? If you're looking outside of MSUM, you won't find it. MSUM is Minnesota's ONLY ACCE accredited CM program. ACCE is the leading national advocate of quality construction education and establishes standards and criteria for excellence and acts as the national accrediting agency for four-year baccalaureate degree programs in construction management.

Why is it important?

In today's competitive job market, sometimes it's not enough just to have a four-year degree. Having a four-year degree from an accredited university can mean the difference between landing the career you want and continually being passed over for other candidates. With a degree from MSUM, you have a leg up on the competition before you set foot in the door for your first job interview.

A CM degree from an accredited university also means you're allowed to sit for the Level I Certified Professional Constructor Exam. This certification attracts employees and can often lead to higher salary offers. Didn't graduate from an accredited university? You can't even take the test.
