Types of Classes Offered
All courses are semester credit courses approved by
Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Courses -- Courses numbered 100-498, 500-598,and 600-698 are regular university courses and may apply on an approved program of study with advisor approval.
Courses numbered 499 or 599 are credit workshops. Workshops for credit may be applied to some MSUM degrees as electives, pending approval of program of study.
Courses are graded on a letter grade basis
(A,B,C,D,F).
Undergraduate courses -- are numbered 499 and below. Lower division
courses are the 100/200 numbered courses. Upper division courses are the 300/400 numbered courses.
Graduate courses -- are numbered 500 and above. Those who intend to pursue a master's degree program at MSUM
are advised to apply for admission to the Graduate School. Courses taken prior to approval of a Graduate plan of study are not guaranteed to count toward a degree. |
