Mail registration with payment to Continuing Studies, NPCAD, P.O. Box 82, Minnesota State University Moorhead Moorhead, MN 56563. Make checks payable to MSU Moorhead.
Cancellations Please submit all cancellation requests in writing to the address above or email Continuing Studies at contstdy@mnstate.edu prior to August 29, 2008. Your refund will take approximately 4-6 weeks to be processed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 29, 2008.
