Tuition Reciprocity: If you are a resident of North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin, you MAY be eligible for reduced tuition rates by applying in advance to your home state for participation in a reciprocity agreement. Changes after the fifth day (August 29, 2008): Courses dropped after the fifth class day will be recorded as withdrawn (W). You may not apply tuition/fees from such withdrawn courses to any added courses. No courses may be added after August 29 except courses starting later in the semester or in special situations approved by the Registrar.
