DAY OF EVENT / CHECK-IN:
There will be a check-in desk just inside the main entrance to the ballroom. Regardless of where your sessions are located, you must report to this desk at least ten minutes prior to your first review session so we can make sure you can get set up in the correct room on time.

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend after registering, please inform a committee member as soon as you can. There is a list of contact information on the "contact us" section of this site.

PARKING
During the event you may park in the "U Lot," located directly west of the Comstock Memorial Union. It is not necessary to put money in the U Lot meters since this lot has been designated for free visitor parking from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m on the day of this event. There are also other metered visitor lots throughout campus (that you will need to pay for), as well as nearby off-campus parking.
